Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture of IT Tooling automations.
- Lead complex automation projects end-to-end.
- Partner with Security, Corporate Engineering, and IAM teams.
- Build shared frameworks and reusable components.
- Establish code review practices and engineering standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT engineering, automation, or systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in building complex automations with n8n, Airflow, and Jira Automation.
- Working knowledge of Okta, Slack API, and Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Experience mentoring peers and writing technical design documentation.
Conditions & Benefits
- Base salary range: $113,815 — $133,900 USD.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
