Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Manager for Talent Operations to enhance recruiting efficiency and quality across a global team. This role involves managing interview scheduling, optimizing recruiting tech, and leading a team of Talent Coordinators.
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi. Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve.
- Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes.
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience.
- Own end-to-end recruiting operations (scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and process consistency).
- Manage and optimise ATS (we use Ashby) and broader talent systems with People Tech, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Build and maintain clear, scalable documentation and hiring playbooks.
- Design and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to improve hiring workflows and best practices.
- Identify and implement tools or automation to improve operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate and manage recruiting vendors and tools.
- Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment.
- Player coach mentality and ability to lead from the front.
- Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing ATS and tooling.
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Based in Eastern or Central time.
