What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end product design and evolution of on-chain fund movement, allocation, and settlement capabilities. Define clear fund movement logic and controls to ensure fund security, traceability, auditability, and alignment with applicable regulatory and operational requirements.
- Own the infrastructure for on-chain deposits and withdrawals, with a focus on end-to-end stability and scalability. Support the integration of cross-functional modules, including Risk and Compliance controls, while ensuring the overall deposit and withdrawal flow remains reliable and seamless.
- Build operational tools, monitoring capabilities, and standardized operating procedures for deposit and withdrawal and fund movements operations. Improve automation and enable operational issues to be identified, investigated, and resolved efficiently.
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product requirements, drive timely project delivery, and continuously monitor post-launch performance and operational health.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize infrastructure requirements in line with business and customer needs. Establish clear ownership and responsibilities across teams and drive initiatives through to completion.
Requirements
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, fintech, business).
- Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc. preferably in wallet and custody infra, payments, clearing and settlement, or related transaction infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure. High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaking will be mandatory.
