Alchemy is seeking a Product Lead for Developer Experience to drive self-serve growth and enhance the developer journey on its Web3 platform, focusing on experimentation and analytics.

Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. The self-serve model is how Alchemy grows; the dashboard and developer experience are the primary revenue engine. Developers discover, sign up, get to their first call, scale usage, and upgrade largely without ever talking to a person. This funnel is a direct lever on company-level revenue, and this role owns it. The role is changing fast, with a growing share of developers reaching Alchemy through AI coding agents, expected to become the dominant consumption method. Building for this shift, including the MCP server, agent skills, and AI-native onboarding, sits squarely in this role.
- Run the dashboard as a product and own the self-serve growth engine.
- Set the experimentation and measurement standard for growth across the company.
- Own the end-to-end developer experience including docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, and integration flows.
- Design the developer journey from docs to first API call to first paid workload.
- Oversee the MCP server, agent skills, and machine-readable docs performance.
- Lead experimentation, building A/B and holdout tooling, and running tests on pricing, packaging, and onboarding.
- Analyze data to find drop-offs and improve the developer experience.
- 10+ years in product, with deep experience in developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Proven product-led growth leadership and rigorous experimentation practice.
- Strong analytical skills and customer-facing instincts.
- Technical proficiency to build with APIs and prototype with AI agents.
- Experience in crypto and web3 is a plus.
- Salary range: $190,000 – $290,000.
