- Proactively audit workflows to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions from prototype to production.
- Drive AI adoption across teams.
- Establish operational rigor with metrics and data.
- Develop core primitives like documentation and governance frameworks for AI.
- Deep and demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and accelerate work.
- Fluent with low-code/no-code and development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
- Proficient in SQL & BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations.
- Analytical and empathetic problem-solver.
- Excellent communicator (managing expectations, translating concepts).
- Systems builder (SOPs, templates, standards, structuring knowledge).
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed in fast-paced startup environments.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or a similar role.
- Experience at a Series A–C startup or high-growth startup company (or former founder).
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or payments workflows.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and integration architecture (webhooks, auth flows, data pipelines).
- Background in change management or internal enablement programs.
- Experience with data platforms (Google Cloud, DBT) or data modeling.
- Track record of driving measurable adoption of internal tools or processes.
- Experience building internal knowledge bases, technical SOPs, or developer-facing documentation.
