What You'll Own

• KYB product strategy & roadmap: Business onboarding end-to-end, across every model MoonPay Enterprise runs: partners onboarding onto MoonPay Enterprise, businesses onboarding directly, and business customers onboarding through partners.
• Onboarding funnel & conversion: The KYB funnel is yours: pass rate, time-to-verified against a 48-72h target, manual review rate, drop-off per step.
• KYB API & partner experience: The KYB API surface: statuses, webhooks, document submission, and the edge cases that make business onboarding hard.
• Compliance as product: Turn compliance-approved onboarding matrices into product logic.
• Vendor & provider orchestration: The verification stack and the build-versus-buy calls around it.

Who You Are

• A principal-level PM with real KYB or KYC depth.
• High agency. You do not wait for a mandate, a brief, or perfect data.
• Full autonomy, zero to one.
• AI-fluent by default.
• Compliance is a design constraint, not a blocker.
• You know your funnel cold: pass rate, time-to-verified, manual review rate, cost per verification.
• At home in API-first B2B.
• You have run verification vendors and know when to switch, stack, or build.
• A multiplier for the product team around you.
• Bias to action.
