Elbax is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist/Team Lead with entrepreneurial thinking to drive business growth and ROI through comprehensive SEO strategies in the iGaming sector.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End SEO: full management and promotion of projects in Tier-1 markets.
- Technical: independent deployment of websites on WordPress, basic coding, conducting deep technical audits.
- Research and Hypotheses: competitor analysis, identifying growth points, A/B testing of SEO hypotheses.
- Content and AI: developing content strategies, generating and refining texts using OpenAI/Claude, quality control of output.
- Link Building: developing link building strategies, finding quality donors, and distributing weight.
- Analytics: tracking metrics through GA4 and Google Search Console with a focus on ROI and conversions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: at least 2 years in the iGaming niche (mandatory) with successful cases in the last year (candidates from Crypto / Essay are also considered).
- Tech Stack: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress.
- AI-Native: practical experience in automating SEO processes using ChatGPT/Claude and other AI tools.
- Hands-on approach: willingness to dive into details (code, texts, settings) rather than just delegating.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to make decisions, argue strategy, and take responsibility for the final result.
