- Work closely with team technical lead, liquidity managers and product managers on strategy discussion and technical solution design.
- Work with team to own the strategy production environment for both feature buildout and infra upgrade for better performance.
- Continuously and proactively improve strategies to be more stable, scalable and robust with auto recovery ability for 24x7 crypto trading style.
- Run projects by maintaining a deep underlying of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view of the product and business.
- Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
- Passionate in the Crypto industry and with strong problem solving skills.
- Solid knowledge in structured products business or volatility trading is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in AI development is preferred.
