Join FYST as a Senior Treasury Specialist to manage treasury operations, ensuring timely and secure financial transactions in a dynamic fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily treasury operations with fiat and crypto payments;
- Control incoming and outgoing transactions, settlements, liquidity movement, and treasury operations;
- Fully responsible for daily and monthly reconciliation between internal systems, PSPs, banks, acquirers, and crypto providers;
- Manage liquidity and monitor operational balances across multiple banking and payment channels;
- Coordinate treasury processes with Banking, Acquiring, Finance, Customer Service, and Management departments;
- Work with operational reporting: reconciliations, KPIs, analytics on settlements, routing, and transactions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in treasury operations, payment operations (fintech, payment services);
- Deep understanding of payment flows, settlements, PSPs, acquiring, banking operations, transaction lifecycle, liquidity management;
- Practical experience in processing payments (fiat/crypto) and treasury processes;
- Experience in optimizing, improving, or automating treasury/operational processes.
