• Manage Social Media channels: Publish content according to the schedule, moderate comments, and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Create visual content: Design graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Video Content Creation: Plan, record, and edit short video formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts) that engage and follow current trends.
• Copywriting: Write light, catchy, and grammatically correct posts and advertising slogans.
• Co-create strategies: Participate in brainstorming and planning communication campaigns with the rest of the marketing team.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, including content creation and marketing planning.
• Appropriate balance between creativity and organization, planning, execution, and independence versus collaboration.
• Responsibility and punctuality in completing assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma) and communication preparation (Office Suite, AI models for content creation).
• Video skills - recording and editing video materials (e.g., in CapCut, PremierePro).
• 'Light pen' - and experience in copywriting.
• Openness to appearing on Reforma Nieruchomości's social media.
• Knowledge of trends on various social media channels.
• Daily communication in Polish and English (minimum level B2+).

• Salary: 10-12k PLN/month net on B2B (possible UoP).
