- Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based applications while collaborating with team members on solution design and implementation
- Contribute to the development of both frontend and backend features
- Participate in different stages of the software development lifecycle
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while continuously developing your engineering skills
- Create and maintain unit tests to support application quality and reliability
- Assist with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Participate in requirements discussions, solution design, and the preparation of technical documentation
- Provide technical support to internal users when required
- Work closely with the team to solve technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions

- Bring 2+ years of experience in software development
- Have solid hands-on experience with Python development and software engineering best practices
- Have hands-on experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Have experience developing and supporting web applications
- Hold an IT-related university degree or equivalent education, or are currently studying in a relevant field
- Understand core software development principles and have basic knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- Are motivated, curious, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with others
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and are open to feedback and continuous development
