Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect for the DACH region to drive AI adoption in enterprises. The role involves technical advising, designing solutions, and collaborating with partners to enhance customer engagement.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
- Work closely with partners as the trusted technical advisor.
- Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots.
- Own the customer's technical narrative from discovery to business case.
- Design enterprise architectures for deployments that meet German and EU requirements.
- Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots.
- Own the technical response of RFPs and public tenders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to match offerings to customer needs.
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
- Passion for Agentic AI and understanding of LLMs.
- Solid grounding in ML fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure.
- Comfortable working with Python and Assistive Coding tools.
- Professional fluency in English and German (C1 or higher).
