Responsibilities
- Provide high quality 3rd line Technical Support for iGaming System to our Customer Support Team, or to our Central Gaming or to our Partners and Engineers in multiple locations.
- Participate in regular configurations of iGaming System.
- Communicate with providers/business clarifying operational requirements/conditions.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and product teams to drive business OKRs and deliver operational excellence.
Requirements
- Expertise in technical support, particularly across 2nd/3rd line support to fix complex and challenging issues with our product mainly in (C# .NET).
- Knowledge across backend engineering, particularly with C# .NET, microservices, APIs, certificates and cloud-based development.
- Frontend engineering skills, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and micro-frontend architecture.
- Experience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Change Management processes.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing requests using frameworks like MoSCoW or the Impact/Urgency Matrix.
- Self-starter mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success.
