About this role
Join our performance gambling agency as a Telegram Ads Media Buyer. Focus on traffic acquisition and audience retention through strategic ad campaigns.
Description
We are a performance gambling agency. We build a full cycle: from strategy development and funnel assembly to traffic acquisition and further audience engagement with a focus on retention. For our clients, we are not just a contractor, but a full-fledged performance structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test funnels for targeted traffic acquisition.
- Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns in Telegram Ads.
- Test ad combinations, creatives, and landing pages.
- Set tasks for designers and create text and AI creatives independently.
- Control advertising budgets and key metrics: ROI/ROAS, LTV, cost per conversion.
- Analyze data in Keitaro and cross-analytics systems.
- Seek new combinations, sources, and technical solutions for stable scaling.
- Monitor changes and trends in Telegram Ads and performance marketing.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with Telegram Ads.
- Relevant experience in iGaming/Gambling is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of performance marketing and funnel building principles.
- Experience with analytics and tracking, preferably Keitaro.
- Ability to work with KPIs and make independent decisions on campaign optimization.
- Willingness to independently test hypotheses, creatives, and new combinations.
- Systematic approach and focus on numbers.
Conditions & Benefits

- After the probation period, work from the office in the city center.
- Schedule 5/2, 10:00–19:00 MSK.
- Fixed salary + KPI.
- Payments twice a month.
