About this role
We are looking for a Telegram Growth Lead to help our AI + crypto media channel grow in views, reach, subscribers, and overall quality.
Description
We are a small team developing a Telegram media channel about AI + crypto.
Responsibilities
- Find and launch effective growth strategies for the Telegram channel.
- Manage collaborations, seedings, manual outreach, and other promotion mechanics.
- Test low-cost, free, and unconventional growth methods, not just paid placements.
- Monitor metrics, calculate the effectiveness of hypotheses, and understand what really works.
- Provide feedback on channel packaging, posts, CTAs, and funnels if it aids growth.
- Participate in content strategy regarding reach, engagement, and promotion.
- Maintain basic reporting on tests, connections, and results.
Requirements
- Experience specifically in Telegram growth / developing Telegram channels.
- Understanding how to grow not only channels with a budget but also small/medium projects through systematic actions and strong hypotheses.
- Ability to work not only through seedings but also through manual methods, collaborations, outreach, viral mechanics, and unconventional growth links.
- Understanding of metrics and analytics: what worked, what didn't, and why.
- Systematic, proactive, normal speed, and ability to work independently.
- Adequate communication skills, ability to maintain tables and keep everything organized.
- Understanding of AI + crypto is a plus, but not a mandatory condition if the person has a strong Telegram growth background.
