- Design, deliver, and follow up on training programs to ensure the development of technical skills, customer service, and soft skills of the team.
- Create and analyze training reports and indicators, including certifications, turnover, performance in evaluations, reasons for attrition, and follow-up on development plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational content and training materials aligned with the company's processes and products.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training programs by monitoring participant progress and closing learning gaps.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on Quality Assurance findings and design action plans to strengthen operational performance.
- Implement learning and development strategies that contribute to the professional growth of employees and the achievement of business objectives.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training, coaching, or developing customer service teams.
- Experience designing and delivering training, as well as creating learning materials.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and group management.
- Ability to identify training needs and implement improvement plans.
- Excellent communication, organization, and indicator tracking skills.
- Experience providing coaching, support, and development for operational teams.
- Desirable experience in the financial, fintech, or banking sector.
