emoni connects traditional financial services with payment and digital asset solutions across Europe and Canada. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our compliance team in Limassol!
Responsibilities
- Perform daily manual checks on payment transactions (SEPA, SWIFT, crypto).
- Verify transaction data against customer profiles and documentation.
- Escalate potentially high-risk cases to Senior Compliance Officers.
- Keep neat, organized logs of all reviewed cases.
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory — all tools and communication are in English).
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Payment Operations, or Back-Office.
- High attention to detail & patience for structured, high-volume routine tasks.
- Basic awareness of bank transfers and digital payment flows.
