DominiGames is looking for a Senior 2D Motion Designer (freelance) to create engaging video creatives for casual games. Join a top developer in the gaming industry!

Responsibilities
Production of full-cycle video creatives lasting 15-30 seconds based on existing and new approaches (hypotheses);
- Selection and implementation of effective hooks in video creatives to retain user attention in the first 2 seconds;
- Implementation of gameplay elements of the Hidden Object genre in video creatives;
- Animation of 2D characters and objects in 2D space (working with camera, layers, scene depth);
- Working with effects and presets: simulating light, shadows, atmospheric phenomena, particles;
- Editing and post-processing - assembling the timeline, working with color correction, sound design, exporting according to platform requirements.
Requirements
- Expert level in Adobe After Effects;
- Confident use of AI tools and services (image and video generation);
- Skills in assembling timelines, working with color correction, sound design, exporting according to platform requirements;
- Understanding of mobile performance marketing specifics, knowledge of effective mechanics and approaches, e.g., 'failure mechanics', 'zoom on object', 'before and after', 'expectation vs reality'. Experience in technical implementation of such mechanics in creatives;
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
