Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain the account pool
- Ensure secure storage of access, two-factor authentication, and recovery
- Monitor account status, troubleshoot limitations and failures
- Interact with platform support
- Automate repetitive operations
- Establish clear regulations and workflows
Requirements
- Understand the full account lifecycle — from creation and setup to maintenance and recovery
- Experience in organizing access and simultaneous work of multiple employees
- Ability to identify causes of mass failures and resolve them
- Systematically maintain records, documentation, and infrastructure
