Join Rich Mind as an Account Manager Team Lead, managing teams and optimizing media buying in the iGaming sector.
Description
Rich Mind is a team of over 100 specialists. For more than 4 years, we have been developing and scaling projects in traffic arbitrage with a focus on iGaming.
Responsibilities
- Manage teams of Account Managers and Farm
- Provide media buying with the necessary volume of quality Facebook and Google accounts
- Work with sellers, shops, and agencies
- Control the quality and stability of accounts
- Optimize expenses in the direction
- Minimize risks of scams and media buying downtime
- Monitor market changes, find and implement new solutions
Requirements
- Experience in managing a team of at least 10 people
- Experience overseeing both Account and Farm directions
- Strong expertise in working with Facebook Ads accounts; knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
- Understanding of the advertising accounts market, experience working with sellers, shops, and agencies
- Independence, initiative, and readiness to engage in operational issues
