Lavsit is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to manage paid acquisition channels and enhance lead generation. The role involves deep business engagement and testing new growth hypotheses.
Description
Lavsit is developing internal expertise in performance marketing and is looking for a specialist to manage paid acquisition channels and become a key participant in the brand's lead generation system.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance channels
- Independently run and develop advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct
- Manage advertising and targeting in VK
- Work with search, display, retargeting, and other formats
- Develop audience segmentation and personalize communication
- Continuously optimize campaign structure, bids, budgets, audiences, and ads
- Control traffic quality and expense efficiency
- Manage lead generation, not just advertising
- Analyze the entire funnel:
- Work not only with CPL but also with:
- Work with analytics
- Continuously test hypotheses
Requirements
- Practical experience in managing Yandex Direct and VK Advertising independently
- Good understanding of performance marketing and the unit economics of acquisition
- Experience working with significant advertising budgets
- Ability to analyze effectiveness beyond the advertising cabinet
- Proficiency in web analytics, CRM, and integrated analytics
- Understanding of funnels and attribution models
- Experience in conducting tests and working with hypotheses
- Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to independently identify problems and propose solutions
- Ability to explain results in clear business language
- Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, premium retail, or other categories with long decision-making cycles and high average check is a plus
- We seek someone who views performance as a business growth tool, not just a set of advertising cabinets.
