About this role
Looking for an Account Growth Specialist to develop the Reinforce.fi account on X through constant testing of new ideas and strategies.
Description
We are looking for a specialist to develop the Reinforce.fi account on X.
Responsibilities
- Find new ways to grow the account;
- Test topics, first phrases, formats, calls to action, images, videos, and publication times;
- Analyze successful and weak posts to understand why some work better than others;
- Research competitors, authors, and rapidly growing small accounts;
- Develop current topics about USDT, stablecoins, yield, security, self-storage, and DeFi;
- Test responses to others' posts, quoting, and support from opinion leaders;
- Maintain a list of experiments and document findings.
Requirements
- Good understanding of X mechanics;
- Ability to identify strong short texts in English;
- Independently formulate and test hypotheses;
- Confidently work with analytics and spreadsheets;
- Distinguish real consistent results from random success;
- Continuously bring new ideas, rather than waiting for a ready plan.
- Experience in cryptocurrencies, financial technologies, USDT, stablecoins, DeFi, working with opinion leaders, and AI tools is a plus.
