About this role
Looking for a Growth/SMM Specialist to develop the Reinforce.fi account on X (Twitter) through innovative ideas and systematic audience growth.
Description
We are looking for a specialist to develop the Reinforce.fi account on X (Twitter). This is not just about managing social media; we need someone who will grow the account through constant testing of new ideas.
Responsibilities
- Find new ways to grow the account;
- Test topics, opening phrases, formats, calls to action, images, videos, and posting times;
- Analyze successful and weak posts to understand why some perform better;
- Research competitors, authors, and rapidly growing small accounts;
- Develop current topics about USDT, stablecoins, yield, security, self-custody, and DeFi;
- Test responses to others' posts, quoting, and support from opinion leaders;
- Maintain a list of experiments and document findings.
Requirements
- We are looking for someone who thinks after a successful post not 'it worked', but: 'Why did it work? How can I test it? Can it be repeated? What needs to change now?';
- Good understanding of X (Twitter) mechanics;
- Ability to identify strong short texts in English (there is a trained GPT for writing);
- Skills in formulating and testing hypotheses independently;
- Confident work with analytics and spreadsheets;
- Ability to distinguish real consistent results from random success;
- Proactivity — constantly bringing new ideas instead of waiting for a ready plan.
