SMM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Content and production:

- Shooting, editing, and designing content: Reels/Shorts, stories, posts - Working with higgsfield/Cap-Cut/Figma/analogues - Creating and maintaining a content plan across all channels

• Publication and adaptation:

- Publishing according to the plan considering the specifics of each platform - Adapting content for Russian and American audiences — different language, humor, references - Adapting the same information for TG channel, VK, and Instagram

• Community:

- Responding to comments and DMs — in Russian and English - Maintaining a lively tone of communication with the audience in both countries.

Requirements

• 1+ years of SMM experience (portfolio/cases are more important than specific niche)
• English language proficiency sufficient for content and communication with the audience in the USA
• Independent shooting and editing (with the possibility of involving contractors for specific videos)
• Copywriting: ability to write differently for various platforms and countries
• Understanding of viral posts, Reels, comments under popular posts
• Awareness of modern information fields and trends in social media in each country
• Experience working with neural networks for content generation
• Full-time availability. We do not consider candidates juggling multiple projects.
