About this role
Royale Seabreeze Operations is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to launch and develop the brand's social media presence from scratch, create engaging content, and build an active community.
Description
Royale Seabreeze Operations is launching a licensed iGaming operator in the regulated market of Azerbaijan.
Responsibilities
- Launch and develop TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp for the brand;
- Develop SMM strategy and separate content plans for each channel;
- Create, test, and scale regular content formats;
- Independently shoot and edit short vertical videos;
- Attend local events, create on-site content, and publish materials promptly;
- Grow the community through comments, direct messages, engagement mechanics, and retention;
- Conduct A/B tests on content, CTAs, formats, and posting times;
- Track user journey from reach and click to registration, first deposit (FTD), and repeat deposits;
- Use AI tools for content creation and workflow automation;
- Coordinate with external partners for content production;
- Interact with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SMM or Community Management;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming - mandatory requirement;
- Practical experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram;
- Proven experience in launching and developing social channels from scratch;
- Understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics;
- Ability to independently create, shoot, and edit short videos;
- Experience in content creation at events;
- Understanding of Compliance and Responsible Gaming principles;
- Confident knowledge of UTM tags, Deep Links, Native Insights, and analytical dashboards;
- Practical experience using AI tools;
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English, intermediate level of Russian.
