A confectionery manufacturer is looking for an SMM Specialist to build and manage the brand's social media presence from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand accounts on social media from scratch: strategy, content plan, regular publications
- Work on brand recognition and loyalty — tone of communication, visual style, regularity
- Create content: photos, videos, texts
- Build a funnel from social media to the website — drive traffic, lead to inquiries/purchases
- Communicate with the audience — comments, direct messages, feedback response
- Establish a system for metric control (reach, engagement, website visits, conversions) and adjust content based on results
Requirements
- Experience in developing social media accounts from scratch — readiness to show portfolio/cases
- Confident skills in content creation for social media: shooting, editing, copywriting
- Experience with AI tools for content creation
- Understanding of engaging content principles and trends in social media
- Understanding of sales funnel logic — from reach to website visits and inquiries
- Ability to work independently: from idea to publication and result analysis
Conditions & Benefits
- Remote format, but presence in Limassol is required (meetings, shoots)
