Responsibilities

- Plan content (prepare and publish posts on social media) and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product owner and team to build a promotion strategy for projects.
- Seek partners and negotiate cross-promotion with other developers.
- Launch and purchase ads, analyze effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing/SMM.
- Experience with games and/or adult content.
- Strong understanding of Patreon, Reddit, Twitter (X), Discord, and other platforms.
- Proficient in English and familiar with media culture, trends, and slang.
- Knowledge and ability to use neural networks, photo and video editors to enhance work quality.
- Ability to monitor campaign and social media analytics, draw conclusions, and suggest improvements.
