• Managing and developing accounts on X / Reddit / Instagram / TikTok • Posting content (manual and auto-posting) according to the content plan and schedule • Adapting content to specific platform algorithms • Analyzing metrics: reach, CTR, ER, transitions, conversion • Working with tracking links and traffic source analytics • Testing new formats, hypotheses, and combinations • Scaling working approaches and stable traffic sources • Managing accounts: warming up, recovery, backups, reducing risk of restrictions • Interacting with the content, design, and analytics team

• Experience with one or more platforms (X / Reddit / Instagram / TikTok) for at least 1 year • Experience in creator economy, lifestyle, influencer projects, or performance SMM • Understanding of metrics: CTR, ER, CPL, conversion • Experience with analytics and traffic tracking • English B2+ for writing posts and communication • Understanding of algorithms and promotion mechanics of platforms • Independence and result orientation
