We are a marketing agency looking for strong specialists for social platforms who can not only manage accounts but also drive subscribers through organic traffic — measurable and predictable.
- Managing and developing accounts on X / Reddit / Instagram / TikTok
- Posting content (manual and auto-posting) according to the content plan and schedule
- Adapting content to specific platform algorithms
- Analyzing metrics: reach, CTR, ER, transitions, conversion
- Working with tracking links and traffic source analytics
- Testing new formats, hypotheses, and combinations
- Scaling working approaches and stable traffic sources
- Managing accounts: warming up, recovery, backups, reducing risk of restrictions
- Interacting with the content, design, and analytics team
- Experience with one or more platforms (X / Reddit / Instagram / TikTok) for at least 1 year
- Experience in creator economy, lifestyle, influencer projects, or performance SMM
- Understanding of metrics: CTR, ER, CPL, conversion
- Experience with analytics and traffic tracking
- English B2+ for writing posts and communication
- Understanding of algorithms and promotion mechanics of platforms
- Independence and result orientation
- Fully remote work format (5/2 from 10:00 to 18:00 MSK)
