About this role
Join GGOrbit as a Community Manager/SMM Manager to promote our gaming platform and grow our audience. Engage with users, create content, and drive community initiatives.
Description
GGOrbit is creating a gaming platform that combines familiar 2.0 functionality with 3.0 capabilities. Our goal is to provide players with a comfortable and secure service, addressing the pressing issues of users in both 2.0 and 3.0 ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the platform's social media (content plan, posting, engagement).
- Create content: posts, stories/shorts, update announcements, memes, guides, contests.
- Develop the community: communicate with users, answer questions, moderate, manage discussions.
- Launch and conduct activities for audience growth: events, challenges, collaborations, partnerships, giveaways.
- Work with newsworthy events: releases, updates, tournaments, in-game events.
- Gather user feedback and relay it to the team (product/support).
- Analyze metrics (reach, ER, subscriber growth, CPA/influx, retention) and improve results.
- Coordinate work with designers/copywriters.
Requirements
- Experience in SMM and/or community management (preferably in gaming/IT/apps).
- Understanding of growth mechanics: funnel, UGC, referral activities, influencers, community effect.
- Ability to write lively and clearly, feel the brand's tone.
- Awareness of gaming content, trends, meme culture.
- Independence: ability to initiate and drive initiatives to completion.
- Basic analytics and reporting skills.
- English language proficiency of at least C1.
