About this role
Join CRAFTIX as a Community Manager to engage and grow our gaming community in a Minecraft-style project. Work remotely with flexible hours tailored to the US time zone.
Description
We are a small product team passionately creating our own universe in a Minecraft style — without content restrictions and with mechanics unavailable in the original.
Responsibilities
- Support an active community.
- Build the community: attract and engage new players.
- Conduct in-game events to keep players satisfied.
Requirements
- Understanding of the gaming community and player behavior patterns in the USA.
- Experience in conducting events (or strong ideas).
- Creativity and proactivity.
- Understanding of Minecraft or similar sandboxes.
- Communicative skills.
- English from C1–C2.
- Experience in community management for at least 1 year or strong gaming experience and understanding of the audience.
