GoodDrop is seeking a VIP Manager to build relationships with key players on their CS2 case opening platform. The role involves managing VIP portfolios and enhancing player retention through personalized offers.
Description
GoodDrop is a CS2 case opening platform with a web version and mobile application. We are growing and developing the VIP direction and are looking for someone who will become a personal contact for our key players.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of VIP and pre-VIP players: get acquainted, build trusting relationships, and stay in touch via Telegram and other channels.
- Retain and reactivate players: personal offers, bonuses, cases, and promotions within a designated budget.
- Collaborate with the CRM marketer: participate in segmentation, suggest mechanics and communication scenarios for VIP.
- Address player issues regarding withdrawals, deposits, and platform operations together with support and the team.
- Gather feedback from key players and relay it to the product team.
- Keep track of communications and report on the metrics of your portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a VIP or account manager in iGaming, betting, case sites, or similar products.
- Strong sales skills.
- Understanding of CS2 and the skin market: you speak the same language as players.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and sell without being pushy.
- Attention to detail with numbers: understand deposits, NGR, retention, and be able to view your portfolio through metrics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours: our players are active in the evenings and on weekends.
- A plus: English language skills, experience with CRM systems, a personal contact base in the CS2 community.
