Sborka Project is looking for an Account/Project Manager to manage client portfolios and oversee projects. Join a team focused on e-commerce and corporate websites.
Description
Sborka Project is a company that loves its employees, clients, and details. We solve business tasks for clients using design and technology. Our team mainly consists of technical specialists (developers, testers, analysts, devops engineers), and our main profile is e-commerce, corporate websites, and image projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop your client portfolio
- Independently be responsible for the development of your team and projects
- Lead outsourcing projects for Russian clients and build strong working relationships with them
- Actively participate in presales with the team: create specifications, estimates, contracts with clients
- Plan production, coordinate work stages, and monitor deadlines
- Carefully track the planned and actual project budgets
- Manage your team's workload
- Improve project launch and completion processes
- Analyze and prevent risks that may arise during production
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in managing web projects, with technical expertise in website development
- Experience with project estimates and budgets, as well as resource management
- Experience working with clients in presales, cross-sales, and developing existing partnerships
- Willingness to work at a high pace and show weekly transparent results
- Ability to listen to clients, independently gather requirements, and turn them into clear tasks
- Ability to maintain team spirit in a remote format, helping colleagues grow professionally
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Genuine desire to create strong projects to be proud of
