International aggregator of payment providers, working with fintech, e-commerce, and Web3 across all segments from low-risk to high-risk, providing access to payment solutions worldwide. The team is distributed, and work is fully remote.
- Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on ads.x.com
- Conduct A/B testing for texts, creatives, audiences, offers, and bids
- Scale effective strategies and disable ineffective ones
- Monitor and analyze key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion
- Manage budgets based on efficiency
- Set tasks for creatives, collaborate with designers and copywriters
- Work with landing pages alongside CRO specialists
- Provide regular reports with conclusions and recommendations
- Proven practical experience with X Ads / ads.x.com is mandatory
- Deep understanding of performance marketing: funnel, attribution, unit economics
- Skills in analytics and data-driven decision making
- Ability to write compelling ad texts and formulate creative briefs
- Experience managing budgets of $20,000/month with KPI responsibility
- Knowledge of community management principles
- Experience in fintech, Web3, or B2B
- Native proficiency in Russian
- High self-organization and ability to work autonomously in a remote team
