We are developing a FinTech project and looking for an Affiliate Manager to work with existing partners, maintaining long-term relationships and addressing any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with existing partners and maintain regular communication.
- Conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation terms.
- Support partners at all stages of work.
- Control the quality and volume of attracted traffic.
- Analyze the effectiveness of affiliate channels.
- Meet planned targets for attracting partners and traffic volumes.
- Prevent partner disconnections and reactivate those who have paused cooperation.
- Monitor traffic volume declines, identify reasons, and work on recovery.
- Prepare reports on work results.
Requirements
- Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the IGaming sector for at least 1 year.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance models.
- Experience with affiliate programs, CPA/CPL/CPS models.
- Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Independence and results-oriented.
