• Proven Volume: Minimum $50k+ in verifiable monthly net deposits through partner networks.
• Domain Experience: Direct background with leveraged crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, BitMEX, etc.).
• Network: Established relationships with affiliates, IBs, trading communities, and money managers in MENA and/or Asia.
• Commercial Models: Strong expertise in CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid structures.

• Above-market fixed salary + lucrative Revenue Share model.
• 100% Remote flexibility or relocation/hybrid setup in Dubai.
• Open to hiring intact teams (up to 3 people) with an existing portfolio.
