Description
3Commas is a cryptocurrency trading automation platform with trading bots and an AI co-pilot. Founded by Yuriy Sorokin, it launched the QuantPilot platform with autonomous AI agents for trading in 2026, boasting over 1 million registered traders.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agent architecture: orchestration, tools, context, and model routing.
- Build offline evaluations and quality metrics based on backtests.
- Test strategies for overfitting, robustness, and out-of-sample performance.
- Enhance data with verifiable provenance and observability of production systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend or ML development, including 1 year of production LLM systems.
- Experience in eval-driven development and statistical evaluation of backtests.
- Strong Python skills, services, queues, streaming, observability, and Kubernetes.
- English B2+ and willingness to participate in on-call.
