Description
We are developing 5heads — an AI unit within Pragmatica. This is a space for experiments, R&D, and launching new AI solutions at the intersection of design, technology, and product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Work on commercial and internal marketing projects: generative static and animation
- Produce AI videos for advertising and marketing: OLV videos, product and image videos, rich content
- Refine generations manually: retouching, compositing, fixing artifacts, assembling and editing simple videos
- Collaborate with a producer, art director, and motion designers
Requirements
- Commercial AI projects in portfolio: work based on client or agency briefs
- Realistic AI videos in portfolio, preferably edited videos, not just individual shots
- Proficiency in Photoshop: retouching, compositing
- Basic editing skills, proficiency in DaVinci / After Effects
- Attention to detail: notices and corrects artifacts in generations
Will be a big plus:
- Background in graphic design/motion/3D/post-production
- Experience in advertising or production, working inside/with agencies
- Experience working with sound in videos
Soft skills:
- Openness to experiments and initiative
- Basic management skills (planning own time, managing priorities)
- Adherence to agreements and responsibility for results
- Comfortable communication with the team and clients
