Join Pragmatica as an AI Creator, where you'll design AI illustrations, videos, and visual concepts for various brands and projects. Work with cutting-edge AI tools and collaborate with a creative team.
Description
We are the design team Pragmatica. We design interfaces, help launch products and services, rethink identity, and support visual communications. We specialize in working with products, services, and startups. Our clients include T-bank, Mail group, Skyeng, Skysmart, Yandex, Kaspersky, Sber, and others.
Responsibilities
- Create AI illustrations, visual concepts, photo styles, and 3D visuals for brands and special projects.
- Create AI videos: from short conceptual and fashion fragments to production-ready clips.
- Work with modern AI tools for images and videos: Midjourney, Krea, Recraft, Runway, Kling, Veo, etc.
- Develop and test prompts, styles, and custom models, finding ways to manage and improve results.
- Perform post-processing: retouching, compositing, editing, sound work, and final assembly of visuals.
- Collaborate with designers and leads to brainstorm visual directions and develop ideas from concept to final result.
- Keep up with trends in AI, video, and visual culture, and implement new tools and approaches in work.
- Participate in internal experiments, creative sessions, and the development of the AI unit.
- Present your work to the team and clients.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AI tools for generating images and videos and a good portfolio.
- Proficient in Photoshop and editing/post-production tools (After Effects, Final Cut, or analogs).
- Good understanding of composition, color, light, form, dynamics, and visual storytelling.
- Aesthetic sense, visual literacy, and understanding of modern trends in design, fashion, art, and video.
- Ability to turn an idea into a cohesive visual language, not just generate separate images or clips.
- Ability to analyze results, test prompts, and find ways to improve generation.
- Independence, curiosity, and a desire to experiment with new technologies.

- Project-based freelance work, hourly rate discussed individually. Part-time and full-time options available.
