About this role
Join a New York-based performance marketing company as an AI Video Creator. Create engaging video ads using AI avatars, analyze performance, and adapt content for various formats.
Description
We are a performance marketing company from New York. We generate leads for the US market through Meta and Google. Main verticals: Auto Insurance and Debt Relief.
Responsibilities
- Create UGC-style video creatives with AI avatars and characters
- Generate 5-10 variations of hooks for A/B testing
- Adapt creatives for Reels, Stories, Feed (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
- Analyze which creatives work and scale winners
- Suggest new ideas and formats based on trends and competitors
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing: understanding of hooks, hook rate, CTR, creative fatigue
- Confident use of AI tools: Flow, Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs or similar
- Editing skills in CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Ability to maintain character consistency, create realistic lip-sync, and clean artifacts (hands, faces)
- English proficiency for understanding briefs and US audience (plus if you can write scripts in English)
- Portfolio with advertising creatives (especially if results are included: CTR, CPL, spend)
