Beavers Brothers is seeking an Art Director with experience in digital design, AI pipelines, and team leadership. Join a full-cycle design agency focused on branding, websites, and interfaces.
Description
Beavers Brothers is a full-cycle design agency since 2014, specializing in branding, websites, interfaces, and design support for fintech, IT, and major brands.
Responsibilities
- Direct projects in digital: website and application interfaces, branding, design support.
- Build AI pipelines for design and implement them in the team's work.
- Create concepts for tenders and presales, defend them before clients.
- Brief clients together with project managers.
- Lead the internal design team and external contractors: set tasks, explain, elevate results.
- Optionally, design hands-on.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio.
- Experience in a digital studio for 3-5 years.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, typography, color, modern UX, understanding of 3D, neural networks.
- Experience in building AI pipelines.
- Experience defending ideas before clients, task setting, and reviews.
- Leadership experience or design mentorship.
Conditions & Benefits
- Remote work.
- Full-time position.
- Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.
- Salary is negotiable, possible in rubles or euros.
