We are a media buying team YTG (binary options, USA, top-3 by pocket). We are looking for a designer who can create conversion-focused landing pages for advertising traffic (Facebook, Telegram, YouTube).
Responsibilities

- Develop landing and pre-landing page layouts (mobile + desktop) for advertising campaigns.
- Adapt designs to platform requirements (Facebook, Telegram, browsers).
- Create GIF animations and AI videos for landing page integration (deepfakes, avatars).
- Make adjustments based on results.
- Meet deadlines.
Requirements
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in landing page/funnel design for traffic arbitrage or digital marketing.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma (component creation, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Basic skills in Photoshop/Illustrator for graphic preparation.
- Experience with AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo) to create selling visuals.
- Understanding of conversion design: hierarchy, color accents, CTAs, responsiveness, loading speed.
- Ability to create simple animations (GIF, Lottie, video inserts) is a plus.
- A sense of 'expensive' and clean style without overload.
- Speed, attention to detail, readiness for adjustments based on metrics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is welcomed (for communication with developers).
