About this role
Remote UI/UX Designer position in a FinTech company, offering a salary of €2000-2500 paid in crypto. Work on multiple projects and utilize modern design tools.
Description
FinTech company developing software for various businesses. They create software for trading platforms, exchanges, CRM, and have projects in telecommunications, metaverse, and more.
Responsibilities
- Work simultaneously on 5–10 projects in the FinTech sector (mobile and desktop applications);
- Create interfaces that are user-friendly, modern, and solve real user problems;
- Actively use Figma, Git, Jira, and AI-based tools to speed up workflow;
- Participate in all stages of the design process: from research to handover to developers.
Requirements
- Experience in FinTech for at least 2 years;
- Experience in a multi-project environment and ability to manage time effectively;
- Proficient in Figma (automation, components, collaboration);
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to justify design decisions;
- Experience with Jira and Git (a plus);
- Ability to apply AI tools in design;
- Understanding of FinTech specifics or willingness to quickly dive into it.
A plus:
- Experience in related fields: trading, gaming.
- Skills in interface animation (e.g., in Principle, After Effects).
- Understanding of web development basics (HTML/CSS, React).
