Arcadia is looking for a Senior AI/ML Architect with over 6 years of experience. The role involves designing ML systems, technical leadership, and working closely with clients. Remote position with a salary starting from 400,000 RUB per month.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Architecture and design: design the architecture of the ML system from scratch (data collection, cleaning, standardization, model training, inference, and integration with the booking core)
- Technical leadership: act as Tech Lead - not only design architectures but also actively participate in development, conduct code reviews, build processes, and mentor the team
- Work with the client and analytics: become the main technical person for the project with the airline. Actively communicate with the business, identify true needs, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Data & AI: determine the stack and approaches for working with unstructured data, set up data collection pipelines from the market (including using LLM for parsing and aggregation)

- Experience in designing and building ML systems (MLOps) for 3-4 years, overall experience in Data Science / ML for 5+ years
- Deep understanding of data architecture: experience working with large volumes of heterogeneous data (ETL/ELT, stream processing, Data Lakes/Warehouses)
- Excellent knowledge of Python and modern ML frameworks
- Proficient in C# for integrating AI services with high-load backend systems and the booking core
- Knowledge of cloud/On-premise solutions for Big Data (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and analogs)
- Understanding how to integrate LLM into production pipelines (RAG, agent approaches, fine-tuning or prompt engineering for data extraction)
- Experience building models for pricing, recommendations, or time series forecasting will be a huge plus
- Ability to speak the business language: experience in gathering requirements, conducting interviews with clients, and setting tasks for the development team
- Technical leadership skills: ability to assemble a team, build development processes, and take responsibility for technical results
- Systemic thinking and ability to see the big picture: from the airline's business goal to the line of code in the microservice
