SpaceXAI’s mission is to create AI systems that can accurately understand the universe and aid humanity in its pursuit of knowledge. Our team is small, highly motivated, and focused on engineering excellence. This organization is for individuals who appreciate challenging themselves and thrive on curiosity. We operate with a flat organizational structure. All employees are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. All employees are expected to have strong communication skills. They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.

- Write precise, well-reasoned annotations and critiques advising upon the difference between mediocre, good, and excellent design.
- Help label high-quality datasets spanning graphic design, interface design, web experiences, game feel, and related design writing.

- A portfolio (personal site, Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation, shipped product, published work, or equivalent) that shows strong taste and finished, high-quality work.
- Sharp eye for fundamentals: visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, composition, consistency, and clarity of communication.
- Ability to evaluate design quality even outside your primary specialty, and to say clearly what works, what does not, and why.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written communication for critiques, annotations, and design rationale.
- High attention to detail and comfort working from evolving instructions in a fast-paced evaluation setting.
