- Analyze the architecture of IT business systems, infrastructure, and other IT areas from the perspective of information security.
- Expert evaluation of the developed architecture and equipment configuration from the perspective of information security.
- Formulate requirements, select approaches, technologies, and technical standards in accordance with local regulatory requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Control the development, testing, and implementation of selected technologies for compliance with previously formulated requirements.

- Higher professional (technical) education and/or advanced training of at least 512 hours in the field of 'Information Security'.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of information security.
- Experience in a telecommunications company for at least 3 years and/or experience in a company providing services for the technical protection of confidential information for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of information security (Federal Law 187, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal framework and international standards in the field of information security.
- Knowledge of organizational and technical means of information protection.
- Knowledge of the market for software and technical means of information protection.
- Knowledge of the principles of building GSM networks and business processes of a telecom operator.
- High level of knowledge of the principles of operation and protection of network technologies.
- Knowledge of the principles of operation and protection of IoT devices.
- Knowledge of the principles of operation and protection of cloud infrastructure and Big Data.
- Knowledge of methodologies and standards such as AGILE, DevSecOps, COBiT, ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2, ITIL.
- Knowledge of products from Peter-Service/Nexign, products and IS 'Garda-*' and business processes of PJSC 'MegaFon' is an advantage.
- Knowledge of social engineering principles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project management methodology and systems for managing projects/requirements is an advantage.
