About this role
Join Xapo Bank as an Assistant Relationship Manager, working remotely to manage high-net-worth customer accounts and contribute to a customer-centric experience.
Description
Xapo Bank is a fully distributed team of over 130 Xapiens that work remotely from 30+ countries. We aim for economic freedom and wealth protection for everyone, regardless of their location.
Responsibilities
- Learn to onboard, service and sell products to UHNW & Family Office clients in a high paced environment.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and learn to formulate appropriate solutions based on their circumstances and risk appetite.
- Act as the principal point of contact for a book of clients, after an initial training period.
- Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and learn how to generate new leads.
- Support senior team members in managing customer relationships and achieving team targets.
Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of working experience in a related field is an advantage.
- A strong interest in Bitcoin and/or crypto.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Chinese, Japanese or Korean proficiency is an advantage.
