About this role
FireFly is seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in payments, focusing on wallets, neobanks, and crypto exchanges. The role is fully remote with a salary potential of $2,000–$6,000+ monthly.
Description
FireFly helps wallets, neobanks, crypto exchanges and fintech platforms offer instant local payouts via bank transfers and QR payments through one API. We cover Vietnam, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore, with fast integration and fees starting from 0.5%.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Bring new wallets, neobanks, exchanges and fintech clients to FireFly
- Lead deals from first contact through negotiations, KYB and integration to the first live transaction
- Build your pipeline through your own network, research and prospects generated by outreach campaigns
- Work with the CEO and product team to refine our pitch and explore new markets using client feedback
Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience specifically in payments
- Fluent English for independent negotiations with international clients
- Understanding of payouts, payment APIs, acquiring, remittances or crypto on/off-ramps
- Ability to explain complex payment flows in terms of business value
- A proactive, persistent approach to finding and closing deals
- An existing network among wallets, CEXs, neobanks or PSPs is a major advantage
