What You'll Do

• Proactively build and improve the organization's business intelligence platform: organize dashboards, queries, permissions, and data model.
• Build reporting pipelines for finance, operations, compliance and other departments.
• Analyze large data sets using a variety of database query and visualization tools.
• Work closely with Data Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and SRE to deliver data products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Act as data evangelist for business stakeholders.
• Drive development of self-service BI platform.
• Manage and review product requirements within the team and provide feedback to product management and other stakeholders.
• Leverage AI models to enhance data analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence reporting.
• Utilize AI-powered automation for anomaly detection, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced data analysis & SQL.
• Data modeling for business use cases & self-service.
• Administering BI platform, preferably with hundreds of reports & dashboards for 100 users.
• Basic experience in developing or fine-tuning AI models for data analysis, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
• Good to have: Experience with Python; Experience in data warehouses, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and Apache Spark.
• Experience using AI-powered analytics tools for data visualization, sentiment analysis, or predictive modeling is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering or other related field.
• Relevant experience and/or strong interest in crypto industry is a big plus.
• Strong understanding in financial modeling, analysis and planning.
• High level of interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven with a proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities well.
• Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen—ability to articulate analyses and translate to actionable business insights.
• Fluent in English for cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace.
