About this role
Aston is looking for a BI Developer with at least 3 years of experience to create and maintain dashboards and analyze data for a leading Russian classifieds platform.
Description
Aston is an accredited outsourcing IT company (operating since 2007, with over 2500 specialists). The client's project is a well-known Russian classifieds platform, a market leader in terms of offers and traffic.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dashboards with metrics for the incident management system
- Collaborate with engineers to add missing data
- Analyze data from Jira and internal systems to calculate metrics
- Work with existing data warehouses and ETL processes, making small changes or optimizations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer
- Knowledge of SQL, experience writing queries with window functions, groupings, and CTE
- Experience working with large volumes of data and their optimization
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Redash or similar visualization tools
- Experience with Python: working with APIs and basic libraries for data analysis and visualization (pandas, requests, plotly)
- Experience with visualization tools (Redash, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience working in product teams, ability to negotiate and communicate with developers
- Ability to understand existing systems and quickly learn new data sources
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
