- Training lasting 3-4 months: theory and immediate application on educational projects simulating real development processes and tasks.
- Practice under the guidance of an experienced technical leader.
- Preparation for interviews and self-presentation.
- After the internship, transition to a commercial project as a Java Developer.

- Understanding of OOP principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Knowledge of Java Core, basics of Java EE (Servlets, JSP).
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience writing unit tests, familiarity with Git/SVN, Spring Framework, Hibernate.
- Completed higher or specialized secondary (profile) education.
